FOUNDER & DIGITAL LEARNING CONSULTANT

Laura is a Strategic Digital Learning Consultant and qualified project manager (PRINCE2 / APMP) who, over the last 17+ years, has supported an impressive list of clients that includes the likes of the British Medical Association (BMA), Unilever, Institute of Physics Publishing and Girlguiding UK. From Hospitality to Healthcare, her sector experience includes FMCGs, Professional Membership Associations, Retail, Finance, Healthcare, Automotive, Law, Charity and the Public Sector including NHS Trusts, police forces and government departments. Laura is highly experienced in learning platform selections (LMS/ LXP), developing digital learning strategy and learning design.

Laura has a unique vantage point having worked for some leading digital learning tech suppliers as well as developing L&D strategies and managing digital learning projects from the client side. With a distinct blend of experience in software product development, learning design, business analysis, learning consultancy and training design & facilitation she is also a qualified ICT teacher with a degree in Applied Psychology and Computing.

LEARNING DESIGNER

Sophie has over 9 years experience within the digital learning industry. After originally starting her career at one of the fastest growing EdTech companies in her native Netherlands, she's designed and developed numerous online courses to help organisations and employees with their ongoing development.

Amongst other things, Sophie’s skills lie in bringing offline content alive online. Her academic background in journalism ensures her design and content is fun, engaging and tailored to your audience.

For Sophie, life is one big learning adventure and she strives to learn at least one new thing a day.

VIDEOGRAPHER

Dan work with clients to create video content for learning platforms, including module intros and welcome videos. His training and first career was as an actor, so he is just as passionate about helping the person in front of the camera come across as engagingly as possible as he is about making the video look great. Plus he was a university lecturer for ten years, which helps with the education side of the e-learning content!

Working with Learn Fox often means working with really fascinating people, with something insightful and useful to say.

His favourite bit of the process is talking to clients to help them find the stories in the content we’re making, the thing that really connects with the viewer and gets them excited for the platform.

Monique’s expertise is in translating goals and ambitions into a good didactic strategy. A learning fanatic, she loves working with clients to provide the necessary training, processes and tools to put the developed strategy into practice within their team or organisation.

She has over 7 years of experience as a consultant and designer in the field of online and digital learning, but is often rather sceptical when it comes to the use of educational technologies. The added value of the innovation is her priority; her academic background ensures that she considers evidence-based work and evaluation very important.

She loves to spark enthusiasm in people about learning design and enjoys it when people discover new perspectives.

FOUNDER SUPPORT

Cat’s career started in event management, running an international events programme for the Patrons of Tate gallery. After moving into arts fundraising, Cat spent six years at notonthehighstreet.com. Firstly responsible for spotting the best of emerging design talent to recruit for the platform, she then led the commercial growth of two of their major product departments

Cat has been working with independent businesses for over a decade and has appeared on expert panels for School 4 Start Ups, Selfridges and The Design Trust. More recently, she has moved into supporting growing businesses with their strategic and operational needs, working for Enterprise Nation and retail start-up Gift Wink.

Cat now specialises in bringing progress and clarity to owners who want to bolster and grow their business. She provides practical support to a portfolio of clients to solve challenges, unlock more income potential and to give founders a motivating boost by sharing the load.
